原本當作名詞的時候的意思是馬的韁繩，
但是當動詞的時候卻是一個很漂亮的比喻式用法的概念：
to control something, usually in order to use its power
例句：There is a great deal of interest in harnessing wind and waves as new sources of power.--Cambridge Dictionary
